I ran across this article in MacOSXHints and immediately realised that the basics described in the Finder Plugin article can be used to convert your BT mobile into a virtual printer. I tested the hint using my N95 as a test subject, and lo and behold, a Send PDF to N95 as JPEG item appeared in the OS X print dialog.
What this trick allows you to do is to quickly send any printable data (e.g. a web page, email message etc.) directly from your Mac to a BT device. The reason I used JPEG as the format was for size and speed considerations; I suppose an S60 phone with a PDF reader could read even the original PDF. This might be handy for multipage documents, but I did not test this yet.
This trick shows promise as a way to quickly "print" anything from your Mac for a quick read on your mobile on the road.
